Trinity Lutheran School - Our History

Trinity Lutheran School exists through the grace of God and the faith and leadership of the members of Trinity Lutheran Church, and it is sustained by the prayers, encouragement, and sacrificial gifts of the members and friends.

The Christian preschool started fall of 1993 with 15 students. It was located in the lower level of the church, where it still remains today. The elementary school began in 1994 when the Kindergarten class was added. The total school, Preschool - kindergarten, consisted of 35 students the second year. Grades 1 and 2 were added in 1995 (total students: 76) and grades 3 - 7 were added in 1996 (total students: 140). Eighth grade was offered for the first time in 1998.

The school continued to grow rapidly, and in 1996, the congregation voted to add a modular building consisting of four classrooms, two offices, and restroom facilities, now now the alpha building, it housed the Kindergarten through third grade classes. In 2008, a second modular building consisting of four classrooms and a computer lab/library was constructed to give the school more space and offer stronger academic programs. The students in the fourth through eighth grades occupy four of the Omega building classrooms.

Trinity Lutheran School serves more than 100 preschool through eighth grade students and their families!
